This return policy is intended to outline the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Customized Products (Printed or Made-to-Order)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to the personalized nature of our products (printed wristbands, custom-made products, etc.):<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>No returns or refunds will be accepted<\/strong>, except in cases of:\n<ul>\n<li>manufacturing defects<\/li>\n<li>production errors attributable to Admitec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 It is the client&#8217;s responsibility to verify all information (text, colors, formats, quantities) before final approval.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Standard Products (Non-Customized)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-customized products may be returned under certain conditions:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Return request within <strong>15 days of receipt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Products must be <strong>unused, unopened, and in their original packaging<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Returns authorized only upon written approval from Admitec<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 A restocking fee of up to <strong>15%<\/strong> may apply.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Defective Products or Order Errors<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a product is defective or does not match the order:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The client must notify us within <strong>5 business days of receipt<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Photos or proof may be required<\/li>\n<li>Admitec reserves the right to:\n<ul>\n<li>replace the product<\/li>\n<li>or issue a credit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udc49 No refund will be issued without prior validation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Merchandise Return (RMA)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All returns must be pre-authorized:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>A return authorization (<strong>RMA \u2013 Return Merchandise Authorization<\/strong>) must be obtained<\/li>\n<li>Products returned without authorization will be refused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Admitec<\/li>\n<li>Initial shipping fees are non-refundable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Confidential Printed Products<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For confidentiality reasons:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Certain printed products cannot be returned<\/li>\n<li>Admitec will respect the confidentiality of client information at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Admitec Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or any other consequence related to the use of its products.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Contact<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For any return request or inquiry:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\ud83d\udce7 <a href=\"mailto:info@admitec.ca\">info@admitec.ca<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phone: 514-356-6666<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Admitec Inc., we are committed to offering superior quality products and reliable service.
