Return Policy

At Admitec Inc., we are committed to offering superior quality products and reliable service. This return policy is intended to outline the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Customized Products (Printed or Made-to-Order)

Due to the personalized nature of our products (printed wristbands, custom-made products, etc.):

No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of:
- manufacturing defects
- production errors attributable to Admitec

👉 It is the client’s responsibility to verify all information (text, colors, formats, quantities) before final approval.

Standard Products (Non-Customized)

Non-customized products may be returned under certain conditions:

Return request within 15 days of receipt
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Returns authorized only upon written approval from Admitec

👉 A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

Defective Products or Order Errors

If a product is defective or does not match the order:

The client must notify us within 5 business days of receipt
Photos or proof may be required
Admitec reserves the right to:
- replace the product
- or issue a credit

👉 No refund will be issued without prior validation.

Merchandise Return (RMA)

All returns must be pre-authorized:

A return authorization (RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained
Products returned without authorization will be refused

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Admitec
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable

Confidential Printed Products

For confidentiality reasons:

Certain printed products cannot be returned
Admitec will respect the confidentiality of client information at all times

Limitation of Liability

Admitec Inc. shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or any other consequence related to the use of its products.
